For the past 3 years we have been an intimate venue for a multitude of special events focused on food, art and/or agriculture. This unique location offers the solitude of a remote retreat, while still being within a 6-minute drive from town.

We are known as a place that creates fabulous culinary events hosted on our organic working farm, Nature’s Way. The farm is also the home to Blue Moon Winery, a winery offering a new look and experience to fruit wines.

As owner of Beyond The Peel, a healthy eating and education website, and the Event Coordinator for Blue Moon Kitchen, my goal is to provide you with the resources you need to host an unforgettable event. We’ll help you plan for corporate events such as meeting and seminars or help you plan an intimate dining event such as showers, birthday and staff parties. Bring us your ideas and we’ll work with you to make your event fabulous.

Full Moon Feasts

Full Moon Feasts are the signature event of the farm. The feast is held once a month, on the evening of the Full Moon, from May to August. The feast is a small and intimate affair where you will meet other people who enjoy fine dining around our big table. You will experience the farm by touching and tasting as you stroll through the blueberry fields; taste the wonderful flavours of a multi-coursed meal and then slip into the production area of the winery, with of course a barrel tasting of one of the aging wines with dessert.

Each feast is unique in its theme and guest chefs create seasonal menus using ingredients sourced from our local growers and producers. We believe, by supporting local businesses, we strengthen our local economy and our community. And of course, the chef will design the menu to interpret the particular monthly name of the moon.

Reservations and pre-payment are required. We have small seating’s so please book early.

•Outside dining for up to 30 people among the picturesque gardens of Nature’s Way Farm
•Outdoor receptions for up to 40 people, amongst the Nature’s Way grounds
•We have a wide selection of local caterers, in house staff, and a professional kitchen that allows us the flexibility to cater the event based on your budget and needs

Art Showing, Receptions and Group Events

(not including a sit down meal)

•Intimate indoor receptions for 25 people
•Larger events can be hosted in the extensive outdoor grounds
•We have a wide selection of local caterers, in house staff, and a professional kitchen that allows us the flexibility to cater the event based    on your budget and needs

Cooking Classes

•Classes given to small groups up to a maximum of 8
•Chefs from the Comox Valley will teach you some of their secrets and help you create amazing meals at home
