Classes are $70 + HST ($78.40) for a single class or $135 + HST ($151.20) for two classes. All classes include recipes to take home and a sit down meal.

Chocolate! With Daniel Terry of Denman Island Chocolate

Come and learn chocolate with a pro! In this class, you will have the opportunity to participate in all the stages of truffle production as well as taking some home. There will be an emphasis on vegan and organic ingredients, including the use of Blue Moon Winery's organic fruit wine.
Daniel will give a thumbnail sketch of tempering technique and tricks, as well as showing people the basic tools that are helpful for making truffles. You'll go home feeling confident to mess around and innovate with chocolate. Homemade truffles are a great Christmas gift!
Brent "The Oysterman" Petkau will join us for this very special oyster event and we'll feature his Royal Courtesan oysters as well as Pentlatch Seafood's delectable Komo Gway oyster. There will be a raw oyster bar, a series of roaming seafood appetizers, two plated courses as well as a very special Blue Moon cocktail and a glass of Beaufort Winery's spectacular new sparkling wine, Carpe Diem. A cash bar will be available.
Oysterpalooza begins at 4 p.m. and the cost is $70 + HST

Tria has a series of dates available for your office staff party. We can host a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 20 people in our dining room. We will have 3 fixed price menus (with options) to choose from ranging in price from $55, $65 or $75 / person plus tax and gratuity. Menus will be based on what is seasonally available.

Culminating with our final event of the season, the Dec. 21 Winter Solstice Full Moon Feast (see below for more information).

At our Full Moon Feasts, you'll have a chance to reconnect with our local food supply, the richness and bounty of the Comox Valley, and the incredible community within it, all under the beauty of the full moon.
All Full Moon Feasts include a Blue Moon Winery cocktail upon arrival, roaming appetizers, a tasting of Blue Moon’s wines, a farm tour and a 4-course plated meal paired with wine.
The cost of the Full Moon Feast is $120 per person + HST and gratuity.
