People who spend a lot of time describing wine, toss around words like “fruit-forward, massive fruit, fruit-driven”. This fruity terminology is often used when describing grape wines that are fresh and lively and of course, tasting like fruit!  Let it be said that fruit wines are just that, they are lively and fruity and fresh and yes, they are made from fruit!  Fruit wines also have a serious side, where they are deep and rich and luxuriously full.

Table Wines

Duska

Dusk is the moment of transformation from the starkness of daylight to the hidden potential of the night.

Our off-dry blueberry table wine captures the remarkable colours of a dramatic sky at the juncture of day and darkness.

Dusk is a full bodied fruit wine that blends 3 varieties of certified organic blueberries form our farm, creating a rich and balanced flavour.

Serve chilled and enjoy with game, duck, pork, and beef.

Soleila

The light of the moon is a reflection of the sun.

Our off-dry table wine, appropriately named Soleil, is truly “sunlight captured in a bottle”.
A crisp and fresh fruit wine, made using certified organic apples form Apple Lane Orchards on denman island, Soleil blends 9 apple varieties to create an appealing and balanced flavour.
Enjoy Soleil with white fish, shellfish, pork and chicken.

Our Swiss heritage recommends joining this wine with a traditional raclette or cheese fondue.

Or simply sipped on its own to refresh a hot summer’s day.

Midnight

Midnight is the middle of the night, when one day ends and the next begins. Originally, midnight was halfway between sunset and dawn and the time varied according to
the seasons.

This versatile wine is true to the fruit and captures the full flavour and essence of west coast blackberries.

Serve at room temperature and enjoy it with any food ranging from spicy curries to deep dark chocolates.

Port Styled Wines

Eclipsea

An Eclipse is when one celestial object moves into the shadow of another OR when the dragon eats the sun, abandoning the earth.

Eclipse is a velvety port styled wine, that blends the best varieties of certified organic blueberries from our farm with the islands native blackberries, is fortified and finished in oak.

Eclipse is wonderful on its own or pairs well with dark chocolate and desserts.
Serve at room temperature and relax.

Dark Side

Astronomers use the phrase “Dark Side” to refer to the side of the moon not illuminated by the sun.
The location of the dark side of the moon changes depending on where the moon is in its orbit.

Our dessert wine is velvety in texture and true to the fruit with the full rich flavour and essence of west coast blackberries.

Serve at room temperature and enjoy it with cheeses, desserts and dark rich chocolate.
